What You Need To Know

Ship by USPS 1st class mail or Priority mail.
Ships items 2 - 3 business days from placing the order unless otherwise specified in the listing.
we promptly send you a message and keep you posted on the updates. Upon shipping, we share the tracking number and follow up unto Delivery.

With Custom orders, we ensure that we follow up frequently and keep you posted with the current status of the order and work-in-progress pictures to make sure that your order turns out to be your expectation.

We only ship items Monday – Friday, so any weekend orders will go out the following business day.


We do offer International Shipping Via Fedex, please contact us if you have questions


“All sales are final” Returns are only accepted if the customer receives a damaged item. In this case, customer must report damage within 24 hours of the package being delivered. Please provide a picture of the damage immediately.

Exchanges: If by chance you are not satisfied with your purchase, please communicate your reasoning within 2 days from your delivery date. You will be offered an item in the same price range or I will customize another piece in the same price range. Returned item must not be worn, washed, stained, damaged, nor altered. And must be returned back to me within 3 days from the delivery date.

The customer is responsible for all exchange related shipping costs. Shipping the original item back and the shipping for the new item.
